USA Security Store offers the following Service Policy:
USA Security Store warrants all of its products. If any products are determined to be defective, they will be exchanged or repaired at USS's discretion within 30 days from the original invoice date on which the product was shipped. Once the 30 days has passed, the warranty would be put into effect. Generic products except otherwise mentioned all carry a three-year warranty from the purchase date through our Store. Hard Disk Drive warranty is through by its manufacture. Any damage on the products which resulted from mishandling or product abuse will have the warranty voided immediately. Please contact us for further information about how to return the defective product.
If you feel that your item is defective, please contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Replacements will not be issued for unauthorized returns. First, You should fill the RMA form we send to you by email, then you can send the RMA form back to us by email. After we get your RMA form, we will assign a RMA number to you by email for this return item. Then you can return the defect item to us and we will beginning to process your RMA case. It will take about one week to close your case. The Returned items must be in the same conditions as when it was sold, alone with all the items in the original packaging.
USA Security Store accepts Paypal, credit card (VISA and MASTER) and security fund, like cash, money order, cash check.
Return and Money back Guarantee
All items except otherwise mentioned, may be returned within 7 days of the original invoice date to be refunded. The returned items must be in the same condition as when it was sold, along with all the items in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Additional deduction may be made on the base of price change. The 15% restocking fee may be charged on the base of current price (Refund = 0.85 x Current Price). Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.
Return Shipping Cost
The customer will need to pay for return shipping. While we realize that it is not your fault if you have received a product that is defective, but please understand we are also not at fault as well -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we offer to share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to have the replacement shipped to you. Ground service will do all shipping. Shipping promotions are only deliverable within continental United States. Shipments outside continental United States including, but not limited to, Hawaii and Alaska, are subject to standard shipping charges defined by USS.
Purchased order may be canceled or modified. Please call during our business hours (9am to 5pm PST) to change/cancel your order. All processes must be done before the order has been shipped out. USA Security Store will only accept change/cancel requests by both fax and email. The deposits of your order are not refundable if you cancel the order.
Damage or Lost Package
Damage claims to the products in the package during transport should be issued to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If products upon received are found to have physical damage, report immediately to USS ASAP and do not attempt to use the product at all. The warranty, refund, or replacement will be voided if the product is physically damaged or abused. It is customer's responsibility to know how to correctly use merchandise. Any damage inflicted upon the products, which is not at the fault of manufacture, will not be covered by the warrant. Lost packages should also be addressed to the shipping carrier, as you would have to prove the package never arrived. In the case that items are missing from your purchase, it needs to be reported to USS within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier.
All late payment will be charged late fee $25 and 5% finance fee. It is not refundable.
